BCCI’s Massive Reward for Champions Trophy Triumph: 3 Times Official Prize Money

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced a substantial cash reward of Rs 58 crore for the Indian cricket team for winning the Champions Trophy 2025. This tournament was particularly special for the Rohit Sharma-led team, which remained undefeated throughout and confidently secured the title by defeating New Zealand in the final. According to the official statement, the cash reward is intended for the players, coaching staff, support personnel, and members of the men’s selection committee headed by Ajit Agarkar.
